How to create a business account
If you work for a business or are self-employed, follow these steps to help your staff get around with SMOU:
- Sign in on the SMOU website and fill in the registration form. In the Account type field, select Businesses. Once you have entered all the information, click on Register. You'll then receive an e-mail to verify your e-mail address.
- Log in again and click on the Services section of the side menu to enable the services you want to use: Parking via app, Parking meter, Taxi or Endolla.
- Go to the Users section and add each user's full name and email. The services you want each person to be able to use can also be chosen from here.
- In the Vehicles section, enter your vehicles' number plates and give them nicknames to help you identify them later. You can assign each vehicle to one or more users in the Shared users column.
How to add users to your account?
Once your company is registered, you can create individual users for each team member. One account, as many users as you need:
- Go to the Zona d'usuaris and open the Users section.
- Click “Add user” and fill in the required details.
- After creating the new user, select the services you want to grant access to: Parking via app, Parking meter, Taxi, or Endolla.
- Set the user’s permissions according to their role.
- You can edit or remove users at any time.
- Finally, go to the Vehicles section and add your vehicle number plates. Give each one an alias to identify them easily.
In the Shared users column, you can assign each vehicle to one or more users.
