SMOU is the personal mobility app of Barcelona that provides you information and services to make easy for you to move around the city. All the services in a single app.
With SMOU, you can use all these services:
Endolla Barcelona: recharge your electric vehicle from your mobile phone. You can also locate and reserve the charging points in advance.
Taxi: book and pay for your taxi with the app and move around the city in a sustainable way with Taxi Ecològic's 100% electric and hybrid fleet.
Parking via app: access the off-street car parks with the automatic number plate recognition system, without having to take a paper ticket. There’s no need to go to the tickets machine, you can pay for your stay with your mobile phone!
Parking meter: pay for regulated on-street parking quickly, comfortably and without waiting. You pay only for the time you use it, without extra costs and without having to go to the parking meter. You can use it in Barcelona, Badalona, Castelldefels, Esplugues de Llobregat, El Prat de Llobregat, Gavà, l’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Montgat, Sant Adrià de Besòs, Sant Boi de Llobregat, Sant Joan Despí, Sant Just Desvern, Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Sant Vicenç dels Horts.
Barcelona Residents: if you are an AREA's resident user in Barcelona city, manage your tickets to park at the Green parking spaces or the ones only for residents. With smou you will be able, for example, to get a ticket, extend the existing ones, cancel a complaint, save the vehicle's position, etc.
Bicing: plan your route, reserve bikes and take them with SMOU. Also, you’ll be able to see how many bikes there are in the station and whether they are electric or mechanical.

You can download the app for free from the App Store or Google Play.
The app is free to download. The cost of using the different services (Bicing, Parking meter, Barcelona Residents, Parking via app, Endolla Barcelona and Taxi) is determined by the relevant operator.
To use vehicle sharing services, you need to register in all the operators separately. Once you have registered, you can select the vehicle you want to use and SMOU will redirect you automatically to the appropriate app.
Yes, you can easily filter the map for information on the services you want to check at any given moment.
You can check and download the statements you want from your user area or from the “Operations History” section of the app.

If there is a technical issue with any of these services: Bicing, Parking meter, Barcelona Residents, Parking via app, Endolla Barcelona or Taxi, you can choose the “Technical Support” option on the app’s “Information and Help” menu, where you will find a form to fill in with your request.
